We were Employer’s Agent and CDM Coordinators for this £600,000 infill scheme providing 4nr apartments for affordable rent and 1nr large family house for market sale on a former garage site in Ponteland. The project delivered much needed affordable housing in this affluent area. The proceeds from the sale of the house were ploughed back into ISOS’s development programme to provide support for other affordable housing schemes in the area.
