We provided Cost Management services for this Heritage Lottery funded project. The project involved the restoration and refurbishment of this vital historic community resource and included improving visitor experiences of the park by upgrading footpaths, restoring original boundaries, creating a new café/visitor facility, restoring a range of monuments and memorials, and soft landscaping features. The project also saw the installation of a multi-use games area, improved changing and play facilities, as well as improvement works to the dry lake and public amphitheatre.
