We were appointed by Goole Town Council to act as Project Cost Manger following their successful £1.15m Round 1 bid to the Heritage Lottery Fund. After securing Round 2 HLF funding we provided full procurement and cost management services for the project, which involved the extension and refurbishment of the original Pavilion, restoration of the historic bandstand, drainage and footpath improvements, extensive soft landscaping, restoration of the original boundaries and historic gates, new street furniture, signage and interpretation As well as proactively managing the financial aspects of the capital works, we were also responsible for managing the overall project budget including activity/revenue works and client funded direct work packages throughout the park.
