We are provided Cost Management services on this Heritage Lottery Funded project which included the restoration and refurbishment of the first ever public park in Hull. The project aimed to conserve and restore heritage assets, increase visitor numbers, promote learning and skills development and encourage community involvement and engagement in the park. Or role included supporting the team in developing the HLF Second Round application and providing services during the delivery stage of the project.
