We provided full project and cost management services for this £1.2m development, delivering a new retail and social hub at the heart of Quorum Business Park in North Tyneside. The scheme comprises 10,000ft² of retail space, including units for national retailers such as Tesco Express and Greggs, alongside flexible space for independent food and retail SMEs. It also features a bespoke office and information point for the park’s management team, as well as high-quality public realm improvements and upgrades to public transport infrastructure. Our responsibilities included managing the full project lifecycle and coordinating with incoming tenants to understand and meet their specific requirements and timelines. Located at the entrance to the 1m ft² business park, this development enhances Quorum’s existing amenities and creates a vibrant central hub for its growing community.
