We provided Project and Cost Management services on the refurbishment of this iconic Edwardian pub, which is located at the heart of Sunderland's new Culture Quarter. Named after a coaching inn which stood on the site from 1770 to 1834, The Peacock is housed in the former Londonderry pub and is a key building in the development of the Culture Quarter in Sunderland. The Peacock is also a venue for live music, with the upper floor transformed into a performance area which can accommodate over 200 people.
