We are providing project and cost management services on the new build Fire Station Auditorium in Sunderland, for the MAC Trust. The project is Arts Council funded and will accommodate 450 people seated or 750 standing. The venue is designed to be flexible in its operation and will accommodate natural and amplified music as well as drama, comedy, dance and conference events. The venue will capitalise on the surrounding public open space and create a destination in the heart of Sunderland. It will form a natural partner to the restaurants, bars, and drama and dance rehearsal spaces proposed in and around the Fire station.
