Seaham Garden Village Primary School
We are providing project and cost management services on this new build primary school in Seaham.
The project comprises the design and construction of a 420 single form entry primary school as part of the new wider Seaham Garden Village Masterplan. The school will be part of the wider 78 hectare Garden Village project which includes 1500 homes
The design brief will be based upon the current DfE Generic Design Brief.
