We are providing Employer's Agent and Cost Management services on this regeneration scheme in Bedlington Town centre. The project comprises a mixture of retail and residential space including: - a supermarket; - retail /commercial units with residential units above; - family pub/restaurant; - new and replacement customer parking. It is anticipated the construction works will commence late 2017, with the first phase being complete in 2018.
