Artis Consulting are providing Quantity Surveying services on this exciting development in East Bedlington to restore a former Cooperative Hall to its former glory and in doing so, provide a much needed community resource. The £1.2m project is funded by East Bedlington Parish Council and the Big Lottery Fund and comprises ground floor offices, training and activity rooms for the parish Council and community users, as well as a grand theatre/music hall space at first floor level including a bar/café, stage, and fully accessible performance and viewing spaces.
