Artis Consulting provided Cost Management services for the restoration of a Cooperative hall to its former glory providing a much needed community resource. The £1.2m project was funded by East Bedlington Parish Council and the Big Lottery Fund. It comprises ground floor offices, training and activity rooms for the parish council and community users, as well as a grand theatre/music hall space at first floor level which includes a bar/café, stage, and fully accessible performance and viewing spaces.
