We provided project and cost management services on the new build Fire Station Auditorium in Sunderland, for the MAC Trust. The project was Arts Council funded and accommodates 450 people seated or 750 standing. The venue is designed to be flexible in its operation and accommodates natural and amplified music as well as drama, comedy, dance and conference events. The venue capitalises on the surrounding public open space creating a modern social destination in the heart of Sunderland. It forms a natural partner to the restaurants, bars, drama and dance rehearsal spaces included within the development in and around the Fire Station.
