We provided cost management services on this refurbishment project which included a general upgrade of production facilities and ancillary accommodation. Works were structured to ensure building works were managed within production schedules, which required out of hours working and specific methods of working to ensure no loss of transmissions. Our role included developing detailed estimates of works and cashflows to ensure a challenging budget was not exceeded.
