We are provided Project and Cost Management services for this development of 15nr light industrial units in a prime location adjacent the A1(M) in Birtley, Tyne and Wear. Supported by the European Regional Development Fund and the North East Local Enterprise Partnership, the £7m scheme provided 100,000sq ft of high quality business space for SME’s, with units from 6,000 – 24,000 sqft.
