We are providing Project and Cost Management services for this exciting development of 15nr light industrial units in a prime location adjacent the A1(M) in Birtley, Tyne and Wear. Supported by the European Regional Development Fund and the North East Local Enterprise Partnership, the £7m scheme will provide 100,000sq ft of high quality business space for SME’s, with units from 6,000 – 24,000 sqft. The development is in a prime location benefiting from the passage of up to 80,000 vehicles per day and is expected to create more than 200 much needed jobs for local people.
